In what sense could "Israelis" be considered to constitute an "actual minority"? (And "Israeli" is also decidedly NOT an ethnicity. There are Jewish and non-Jewish Israelis; the Jewish Israelis include Ashkenazim and Mizrahim, and the non-Jews include Palestinian Arabs who are Muslim, Druze and Christian, along with a few other ethnic groups.)
