2. HE was a complete rudderless doofus in the press conference he held.

He was once considered top of the list Veep material for 2016 but he shot that to hell with how he bungled the entire Ferguson situation.

I'm just commenting on the sound decision to, when it became necessary to relieve the local yokels, use the State Police instead of the National Guard.

The decision to put Johnson in charge is like the decision to put General Honore' in charge of the Katrina situation.

It's all the Captain and his compassionate outreach and willingness to stand with the community. Jay Nixon was a gas mask too late and a rubber bullet too short in his addressing this issue.

I'm also so terribly sorry that JayNix had to take his day away from the State Fair to respond to the Ferguson folks...it must have been so difficult for him

5. No, he took too long to get the county police out of there

He should have been down there cracking heads and demanding things be done differently. Not waiting for the WH to step in and give him a clue as to how to deal with the situation.

Overall, I've been disappointed in his performance so far.

when asked who told the police to train their guns on the protesters and journalists. Sounds like no one will be held accountable for anything.

What a shame so many spineless Democrats are elected.
