Size 11.5 men's shoes and one of the best basketball players her age in the state. They were going to put her on the varsity team her first year in high school, and they still will, but she has an ACL injury she got at a tournament last month and just had surgery a week ago.

She doens't need a check though. Her dad does pretty well.

A 90lb geriatric woman swinging her bird-like fists at you would not make a reasonable person think that imminent death or grave injury were likely (assuming you're an average size, average age, average physical condition person.)

A 6'3" 250lb person swinging at you? Different story.

The concept can also apply to numbers. Three on one, for instance.

There is no requirement to meet force with the same kind of force. Defense of another, especially in stopping the commission of a forcible felony (kidnapping, rape, arson, etc) are also typical justifications for deadly force that apply to all.

Disparity of force can take a multitude of forms. As an example, I am near six foot tall, weigh about 210 and am quite physically fit. If I were to initiate violence against a 75 year old woman that is 5' 3" and weighs 97lbs soaking wet, would you not agree that there is a huge disparity between the damage I am likely able to inflict with her abilities to do the same?

because they are authoritarian taint lickers who are looking to discredit by any means, no matter how incoherent or dishonest and some are both which allows them to dance around endlessly.

Here the focus on the size is "subtle" background to support the standard thuggification that justifies for enough folks that it is acceptable though how may be described as anywhere from cheering to declaring the situation "unfortunate" but still applying the old white wash.
