PBO's Address to Nation at 4:00 this Afternoon! Need Transcript and Video

because I can't find it at White House. Gov and C-Span's feed just Buffers.

Anyone have the Transcript or Reliable "Full Video?" This was an incredibly IMPORTANT ADDRESS...but, I keep searching and can't find anything I can fully hear or even READ the Transcript. Maybe the WH and You Tube can't get anything reliable up yet...but...SHEESH! Don't they have equipment that's better than my piddly DSL?
