That's very clear at this point. The DA is acting as Wilson's defense counsel, while the Ferguson PD and St. Louis County PD act as his Public Relations team.

It's a fucking disgrace.

And I think you're right: they keep ramping up the police violence because they know that they'll announce that the grand jury wouldn't indict and that they'll need a greater show of force then as well. This is all part of the act to make the community seem criminal for when they really let these racist dogs off the leash after that announcement.

the prosecutor would have to screw up pretty significantly to fail a grand jury indictment with this much hard evidence. of course it depends on how much the DA wants to jump in bed with the FPD, but there could be ... repercussions ... if this thing doesn't at least result in a charge.

what kind of charge is another matter entirely, but in the end it doesn't matter because cops appear to be very difficult to convict.

10. There are very good reasons NOT to charge him yet, very good reasons if you want to

get a proper verdict.

Problem with that is our history of severe racism where the white officials ALWAYS get the white killer off or the non Black killer off and always cops getting off is making the need for the usual time frames to be followed difficult.

A major reason for that is we KNOW the Ferguson officials are fixing evidence, lying, creating behind the scenes a way to get him off.

The Feds need to have already gone in and taken over everything including and especially the evidence, by now those teaparty racist cops and probably DA office have fixed the evidence for their guy...
