And, they haven't; other police departments have.

I didn't say Wilson did nothing wrong. I think it's very likely that he did something very wrong.

I saw a post that said,"black men look like gorillas enough". It got hidden, but that's not the point. People have lost their minds. Worse than the Trayvon case. Way worse.

I knew we were in for a huge shit storm. It is disgusting how he already has had a trial by the media and racists and found deserving of death...but the white officer must be protected at all costs.

You're right, this is worse than the Trayvon case...the pure authoritarians have joined in with the racists.

And.. These people are working for free. To protect a killer.

the officer would have surrendered himself to the county or the FBI...the fact that he didn't and chose to flee (gee just like a criminal) SHOULD be all the red flags anyone needs. Yet the M$M seems bent on making sure the victim here is the cop and not the teenager.

He shot and killed a teenager with 6 bullets...and yet the vast mainstream media would have us believe the kid deserved it.

At least (imo) this has raised social awareness all around the country. If I don't find something good in this, it will just keep me filled with anger.

NOBODY can pretend anymore that black people are treated equally under the law. If they do pretend, we need to call them on it.

Clive Bundy - white male patriarch of the family kkklan = hands off by law enforcement. Bold talk, eventually left for a court docket.

Micheal Brown - young black kid walking home with friend = 6 bullets to the body and left in the street for hours. NO EMS. No calls for help.

A statement that you're just reporting what you heard would have cut the number of responses down by 1/3.

Or.. was that intentional?

"If you haven't done anything wrong, you don't have anything to hide."

I'm snarking. Every American is entitled to counsel, per the U.S. Constitution, even if the rightwing wants to deny that right to the poor and people of color every chance it gets.
