They are the ones that think it's necessary for the police to have military grade weapons.
They are the ones that signed on policies that allowed for aggressive actions on civilians.
They are the ones that passed policies which allowed for the use of military tactics when apprehending suspects.
They are the ones that passed laws that allowed the police to shoot first and ask questions later.
They are the ones that passed laws that gave more power for excessive force even where it's not warranted.
They are the ones that keeps giving, and giving, and giving, and giving, and giving.
