It just occurred to me. The Koch brothers are like the "cat ladies" around

the country. Collecting more of what they have plenty of.
The cat ladies will always take in one more cat/kitten
The Koch brothers always need more dollars.
Same-same.

Cat ladies "collect" cats because they love them and want to take care of them. They may be misguided (at least when the cat herd gets way into double digits) but their intentions are altruistic and compassionate. The Kochs haven't a speck of compassion in their blackened, damned souls.

I saw my first Koch Corporations ad on TV today. I guess they figured it was time to spend some of their billions on PR.

for multi-millionaires back when and found that after a point, when they can't find one more thing to buy, accumulating money becomes an end in itself. They also become cheap in many ways, doing stuff like clipping coupons, stiffing employees on salaries, even sometimes stealing stuff. It's a weird psychosis.

It doesn't matter that have more than they could ever need. It's an obsession to hoard that makes them the way they are.
