I'm OK with the Burger King deal

If it means US employees enjoy the same minimum wage as Canadians. Well, even their minimum wage is a bit inadequate.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_minimum_wages_in_Canada

But, we all know that the "savings" Burger King may get, won't go to the employees...IT NEVER DOES IN AMERICA

and...

That's why we need a strong and vibrant Collective Bargaining system.

All the rest of this "inversion" and "Corporate Tax Rate" crap is just White Noise, bullshit, and turd polishing to distract from the real issue.

Seems to me that if corporations want to pay less in taxes, there is an easy solution...PAY YOUR WORKERS HIGHER WAGES

Don't want to pay taxes? Then you don't get to sell your product here.

And yes, pay workers more. We need global worker unions. Or we'll continue to see workers rights and pay eroded.

and I'm against it.

Every time a big company buys out a company the first thing they do is change everything that made it an attractive company in the first place.
