but before they are tried as adults, they will have to be contracted to long periods of corporate work in exchange for their education. Indentured servitude, I think it's called. Once that's in place, then the first embryo to spontaneously abort is going to be trying to get out of its contract, and will likely get sued or tried for it. Likewise if an embryo starts to show damage that makes it less valuable to the company.
