Control of the Senate may linger till Jan 6. Louisiana will probably have a runoff Dec 6 because

the race is tight and the winner needs 50% + 1 else it go to a runoff between the top 2.

Georgia also has similar problems with a 3 way election in Nov but requires a 50% + 1, resulting with a runoff Jan 6.

Google "Who wins Senate control? Nov. 4 might not decide". Content from AP is not hard to locate.

so we don't have these issues? And, while we are at it, push back in legal avenues against efforts to suppress the vote.
