get mad enough to try to impeach the judges they thought would be most likely to take it and further their cause? Like maybe Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas?

(50,338 posts)and 2/3rds of the Senate must convict in order for them to be removed. The House repubs LOVE the neocon judges, they aren't going to even think about impeaching them, sadly.

(33,688 posts)in a discretionary appeal of this type. Which tells me that neither Roberts nor Kennedy voted to grant cert. They are probably content to let the CofA decisions stand. That Alito, Scalia and Uncle Ruckus voted to grant cert is a near lock.
