2. Yup, she let her dominate and interrupt

and didn't allow her to be challenged on any of her statements

On edit: He is such an ineffective host. And yes, I would have the same complaint if he let the Dem side dominate week after week.

I am furious!!! This is how it is going to be from now on with the media trying to frame the Rosen comments to help Romney on every turn. I wish the next time Rosen is asked about this she would say that raising children at home is difficult BUT IT IS A HELL OF LOT MORE DIFFICULT THAN RAISING CHILDREN AND WORKING EIGHT HOURS A DAY WITH NO HOUSEHOLD HELP!! Shut these privilege Stepfford wives down!!!

6. I think Christine Gillibrand represented us well.

She wasn't the one who interrupted, spewed lies and other (R) talking points.

If the teabaggers somehow admire Bachmann's bullying and lying, they're unreachable - no gain, no loss, to our side. On the other hand, a few sane people who may have voted for Bachmann need as much exposure to her as possible.

In the meantime, David Gregory is a walking, talking insult to every working journalist, living or dead.

10. Do not agree

She could have interrupted Bachmann and asked a simple question. "is gas double the cost it was four years ago?". If Michelle says yes, quickly state that is a Lie! Gas is about the same price as it was in April 2008, gas prices plumetted in the fall of 2008 due to the economic meltdown brought to you by Republican party policies, the same policies that cut most everyone's 401k in half. Thankfully since Obama took office we have seen a great increase in our investments and an improved economy.

That is why Gregory is so disappointing. He may not have even known that fact, which is doubly disappointing.

9. So why are you watching?

These TV shows (as well as the RW hate Wurlitzer that is AM radio) would all go away if nobody were watching or listening to them. I swear that, based on what I see here on DU, the majority of the audience for this crap is comprised of lefties.

Who needs the aggravation? Who cares what's being said on these manufactured spectacles?

I say turn off the TEE VEE and the Rush show and notice an uptick in your quality of life. You really don't "need" to know what they're saying because, frankly, it doesn't matter. It's all designed to perpetuate what is the "outrage industry," which has been very profitable now for many years. Why? Because, apparently, people just can't resist "tuning in" to hear "what they are saying" because "I have to know."

She hasn't had this much attention paid to her since December. I'm not surprised that she's eating it up.

Just be thankful that MTP didn't get someone more articulate to counter Sen. Gillebrand, it made her the easy winner of the debate.

12. and the lesson learned should be to stop watching it so it can can away.

It almost has to be us keeping this farce going. Apolitical types don't bother and Reich Wingers don't tune in to the "liberal media".

Stop feeding the corporate media that is nothing but an arm of the opposition. Without Democratic viewers tuning in the shit would collapse and be replaced with more profitable infomercials or prison porn.
