The storm line edge is moving over me as I type. I'm sure there will be warnings at some point.
I'm as ready as one can be.
Gonna get blowed away one of these days.

(6,943 posts)Although there were only 3 weak tornadoes in the region, the rain, hail and strong ( 50 m.p.h.+ ) winds caused flooding, crop damage, blew down trees and limbs and caused power outages.
Be safe!

(32,083 posts)The edge of the really nasty stuff is about 35 miles away. I'm in western SC, about 15 miles from Disgusta, GA. We had some sunshine up until about 20 minutes ago. Judging by the radar, there doesn't seem to be as much of the nasty, heavy stuff that there was when I saw it on the morning news. So, that's good. But, there's another skinny line right behind that mess, and it will probably only get worse as it heads east.
