Or at least in front of the cameras.
IIRC, during the Oops Primaries, Goodhair was taking credit for "the Texas miracle," claiming he had done all sorts of jobs creation and business success. Never naming a single program or initiative for such outcomes he had been responsible for. He never mentioned that TX is a Weak Governor System state or that he had so little to do that he could travel around at Rethug primaries with tax payer security or that almost all of the credit for whatever economics in TX goes to being next door to Mexico with its cheap labor exportation and trade with Mexico and lack of a state income tax that Goodhair didn't originate. I'll grant that Rethug policies of tax breaks to fat cat cronies and lack of regulation and raping the environment have a tad to do with things.
And in the recent gubernatorial debates ABBOTT answered that the way he would defeat the ebola threat would be for him as governor to make contact with the head Rethug-appointed state health dude, real leadership.
Today's news was how the mayor of Dallas visited the apartment complex of one of the ebola nurses to reassure the other tenants. Ebola in Texas has been a constant topic on the news outlets for days, yet no mention of Goodhair or ABBOTT. Oh, Goodhair has been in Europe for some unfathomable reason. They must need some respite from claiming all that credit for stuff.
