Tracers and trackers weren't tracing and tracking the healthcare workers

who assisted Thomas Duncan directly.

I think the nurse who flew made a very bad mistake and should have known better all by herself.

But, do we know for sure she was told, and all of the other 76 who cared for Duncan, not to get on an airplane.

Bad enough they weren't even on any list as potential persons who may become infected by any agency.

If they weren't told to not get on a plane, then someone in charge of doing this tracing and tracking really screwed up.

However they all had a duty to be familiar with the whole fever thing and the symptoms of Ebola and what to do if they got sick.

It's not rocket science. And it's a professional responsibility.
