How can you claim fear when you’re the ONLY one with a gun, Darren Wilson?

Darren Wilson claims he feared for his life and shot Michael Brown in self defense. That dog don’t hunt! Why fear when you’re the ONLY one with a fucking gun?

snip

Darren Wilson shot Michael Brown from inside car. So the New York Times wants us to believe a kid who was shot, runs away, decides to charge Darren Wilson?

***Trigger Warning***

Micheal Brown shot at 10 times by Officer Wilson, slowed down audio

In what world does an unarmed kid who has been shot, runs away from a hail of bullets to charge into more hail of bullets? Fuckouttahere New York Times.

The New York Times goes on to say Michael Brown’s blood was found inside the car. Of course Michael Brown’s blood is going to be found inside Darren Wilson police car, it’s not rocket science. Wilson fired from inside the car but NONE of Wilson’s blood is found.

Can the New York Times explain why Wilson continued to fire bullets into Michael Brown and pause for 3 seconds when his hands were up surrendering? 6 consistent eyewitnesses says Michael Brown’s hands were up.

6. I've read the NYTimes article in question several times, sort of like reading tea leaves

or doing a Rorschach test. Readers may find in that article their thoughts confirmed, as the article tries to have it both ways without appearing to do so.

After the third reading this morning, I had the following epiphany: just as the NY Times served as one of the conduits for all the government's lies and palaver about Niger yellowcake and Iraqi WMD in the run-up to Operation Shocking and Awful, perhaps here the government is using leaks to the NY Times to run up 'trial balloons' to see how to sell a 'no true bill' (no indictment) of Wilson when it comes.

That would explain the late-Friday night 'news dump' appearance of the article, not wanting it to be taken up by the Ferguson Resistance or its supporters during the week.

The line Wilson promulgates in the article -- "I thought he was reaching for my gun" -- is one of the oldest in the constabulary's stock book of excuses to cover up extra-judicial police executions when true justification was lacking.

If the St. Louis County Grand Jury, under the direction of the ethically- and morally-challenged St. Louis County DA Bob McCulloch, does not return an indictment of Wilson, it will be 'gut check' time for everyone on this message board and, indeed, for every citizen of this country. In the interest of justice, McCulloch should recuse himself immediately and allow Governor Nixon to appoint a Special Prosecutor.

8. I kid you not a reply that someone made to huff post: Brown was a big black man and didn't obey.

WHOLY BAT CRAP

So someone actually was justifying shooting a black man because he was a big black man and that he 'wasn't obeying the cop'. I see that kind of crap posted and I think we're at the beginning stages of a new era of Jim Crow.

11. If indeed, Wilson did feel any fear , he has only himself to blame.

He allowed anger to get the better of him and didn't follow police protocols. Grabbing people from your car window is not a smart practice.

Imagine the fear Michael and his friend felt when they realized they were dealing with an out of control officer with a gun.
