as much as i hope she wins i doubt wendy davis will win. theres to many idiotas who will blindly pull the lever for abbot becasue hes not an evil democrat
the bigger election in my opinion is for lt governor. the GOP candidate dan patrick is dangerous. the houston chronicle says he is divisive, disruptive and self-aggrandizing. they go further and say We urge a vote for Van de Putte. Texas voters, regardless of party, need to think long and hard about a potential demagogue becoming lieutenant governor.
the dallas news says
Patrick, of Houston, represents the opposite of Van de Puttes genial, professional style. His primary governing tools are fear and division.
Some of his ideas are singularly disruptive. Taken together, they could destabilize state government, the enemy of sound business practices.
for those that arent aware, the lt governors office in texas is as powerful if not more powerful than governor.

I've found early voting to be even easier in my area because you can go to a bunch of polling places (unlike day of voting where you go to your assigned spot and stand in line)
