I love Obamacara

I'm writing this from the hospital in post op after having knee replacement surgery. Something I would not have been able to have without the ACA. My knees were so bad I would have had to go on permanent disability. Hopefully I will be back working early next year. I could not afford insurance before as I am self employed and over 60. Thank you Mr. PRESIDENT. And thank you to all the democrats in congress that made this law.a.reality.

I can't believe how many bogus stories there are about the ACA that people even here on DU fall for. For example, the article about the woman who worked part time at the landscaping company, failed to mention she is a full time administrator for the Institute of Medicine of Chicago, and has been for 12 years. Highly unlikely she had to chose the bronze plan, as stated in the story.
