The Repubs will then pass dozens of nutty House bills in an effort to show the American public that they are productive and that Dems have been the reason for the gridlock in Washington.

They'll use existing loopholes for budgets and some legislation... but they won't eliminate the filibuster (or wound it much further) unless they win the White House while still holding Congress.
