The date of her parents' wedding and her parents' initials are on the inside of the wedding ring that Barbara Green was reunited with. Lost for decades, the ring was found by the woman who bought the Rhode Island home where Barbara grew up.

The wedding ring had been missing for years. And then it was found.

But the surprising, recent return of this long-lost treasure became a timely gift.

It was a reminder of family, of perseverance and of love.

Barbara Green wears the ring now on her pinky and says she'll never take it off.
