And his hero, Paul Wellstone would have been proud too.

In a no drama state.

Alas, we tried to "ratfuck" and it just didn't work.

Keith of course won as well.

And Governor Dayton (who also went to a recount 4 years ago) was also reelected.

Now, if the DFL can just hang on to the State House of Reps -- fortunately the State Senate was not up this year so it remains in DFL hands.

not too quick on his feet (saw his debate). Guess he got by with that since his opponent was such an asshole ?

I get his emails but since I can't vote for him - I live in a different state - I don't send him $$.

I did call his office once to ask him to vote against a rider one of my Senators had planted in a Budget Bill. Since then I get campaign letters.

I'm glad he won though, he's smart and has the right idea about what his job actually is. Wish he were in my red state so I could vote for him.

For six years he kept his mouth shut and worked his ass off to do what his constituents sent him to Washington to do. What a novel idea. Nice going, Al. I still think this man could be president one day.

with only 59% in so far.
Bad news is MN6 Michelle Bachmans seat goes to another whacko nut job, Tom Emmer (R).
MN8 with the little lord flaunteroy/"brad pitt" Stewart Mills (R) is neck in neck with Nolan (D)
