I'll tell you one thing that's appalling about this election, Repub or Dem

I'm looking at all of these races and all I see is a sea of white faces. That's just GOT to change.

1. People of color have to start running to change that.

Maybe they're unwilling.

And they need to start at the local level too. It's a long haul to the national level. The Republicans know this, and they've been doing it. The Democrats haven't.

Asian? If you can't ace MIT, start a business.

Immigrant African? Start a microbusiness to "serve your community".

Black American? Go into sports or the military.

More chances to be successful.

Unless this is a "minority district", others are up against "the old white (boy) network".

Unless the mood is "throw that sucking bunch out and anyone else with that label".

3. Tim Scott, the only African-American in the Senate (R-SC) just won reelection with more votes for

him than for the white R Senator also running (Graham).

That has to mean something - not sure what though yet.
