At this point, what do you expect turnout to be in 2016?

It will certainly be higher, but will high turnout even matter. If a Dem wins the presidency I expect the Senate to flip again also, if a Repuke wins the Presidency the keep the Senate since. The map favors Dems but most of the Senate seats up then are in solid red states but there will probably be enough competitive races even in some light red states to put the Senate up for grabs. Will young voters come out in enough numbers for Hillay

33 Senate seats will be up for grabs, 23 of them held by Republicans that won them in 2010. We always have much higher turnout in Presidential years.

But there are enough seats up in states that Obama won twice to put the Senate with reach, IL is a probable win for the Dems, IA and AZ will be competitive if they're open seats. I can see the party who wins the White House winning the Senate also but House is out of reach until the census

Hillary as nominee will be low turnout.

Someone that inspires with a populist message will have a high turnout.

Hillary will beat the stooges that they put up against her. IMO.
