Isn't congress people and the Supreme Court under the ACA

Because if they are why are they keep saying they want to kill the ACA if there getting it makes no sense

From what I've read the ACA effects everybody in some way even if your not signed up under the ACA because of.all the new regulations the insurance companies have to follow.under the.ACA so if this court agrees with the plaintiffs they will be screwing with everybody's insurance
