But yeah, I'm still blaming a huge chunk of it on big tobacco. The state's incompetency doesn't excuse them.

If people quit using cigarettes, the amount of money the states get goes down. As an e-cigarette user, I think this is part of the reason the governments all seem to be against vaping.
