I have no patience for people more concerned with obsessing on their enemies

than on coming up with a strategy to accomplish something.

Make two lists:

1. Everything you want to accomplish.
2. Everyone and everything standing in your way.

If #2 is longer and more elaborately-written than #1, you have a fucked up and self-destructive attitude, and you won't accomplish shit until you throw List 2 in the garbage and stop wasting your time.

I don't want to hear about "Third Way". I don't want to hear about it from its advocates, and I don't want to hear about it from its opponents either. I want to hear what a single person is doing to accomplish their goals, or not.

Let this be the motto of my politics: That which does not matter, gets no play.

or purchase the site from the administrators and shut it the fuck down. That way you won't hear anything you don't want to hear.

of discussion here. That would be the owners of this discussion board who have that right, and even they don't do that.

and keep this site alive?

Some sophomoric travesties of Molly Ivins.

And italics. Lots of italics.

Know where we can find any of those?

democrats have writers who do writings like that.
Thank goodness we have William Rivers Pitt and Manny as our "leaders" and both are capable of writing some damn good stuff. Of course Manny does use some italics but sometimes the levity of the art demands it. He does tackle some serious matters with humor and a hilarious lack of respect that just frosts some asses.

you made. This is exactly why the party continues to lose midterm elections, we are more concerned with finding faults, pointing fingers, and laying the blame game on reasons the Democrats got a shellacking this election time. Funny enough, none of the posters who are taking the opportunity to opine their bullshit wisdom on how to take the party to winning again; are the same ones who were incessantly negative towards the Democrats in Congress and the Democratic president. Which is fucking hillarious if it is not sad. No offering solutions or strategy just whine and pretend that if the Democrats ran like they were Dennis Kucinich or Bernie Sanders on their respective districts the party would have prevailed!!! Lunacy.
