Interstate crosscheck, Voter ID, and the rest...Why wont cons just admit the agenda?

Would it not be refreshing if a conservative minded person would just say out loud the following:

"Like most of my friends on the right, we believe liberals and minorities arent intelligent or informed enough to make an intelligent vote. We also believe too many liberals and minorities rely on government handouts thus their votes are biased toward liberal governments. This is why we support any and all activities that are clearly targeted at reducing the votes of students, minorities and liberals in general."

Now, if they would just admit this, because it is of course true, we could at least then have a conversation with them.
