Since when was my nearby B of A branch a "community bank"?!

Hey, has anyone else seen the newest mega-bank corporate rebranding? In a B of A today there was a large, new wall hanging proclaiming the branch was, in fact, a "community bank".

It was a regional bank, Bay Bank, and then the kleptocratic deregulation frenzy took hold and the regional banks got eaten by the national bank monsters and my community bank became BoA.
