Hundreds Protest Ferguson Decision In Boston

BOSTON (CBS) – Nearly 1,500 protesters of the grand jury decision in Ferguson, Missouri marched through the streets of Boston Tuesday night.

The protesters tried to gain access to Route 93, forcing State Police and Boston Police to establish a line on the Mass. Ave Connector.

Police say the protesters were trying to walk onto the highway to disrupt traffic. When the protesters could not gain access to I-93, they marched downtown. State Police say they then attempted to walk onto the Mass. Pike from Clarendon Street.
