The conservative Supreme Court would like to gut most Civil Rights Legislation, including the 1965 Voting Rights Act, the first African American President has been disrespected more than the other 43 combined, unemployment is still way too high for African Americans, and George Zimmerman walked in Florida. Gee, I just can't figure it out.

He has given us plenty of evidence that the jury got it wrong by his behavior with, and with out guns. His actions were the base of resentment that have made the Michael Brown case so much harder to take.

In the last election cycle, a proposal to put charter schools in Washington was on the ballot, and it passed. Some RW asshole named Don Brunell wrote in his weekly rant that liberals needed to give up and accept it. Sure, Don, just as soon as you give up and accept Obamacare.
