I've read that the coroner (or his asst.) did not take a picture of MB's body because his camera had a dead battery. I've also read that the investigator at the scene of the shooting did not take pictures because his camera had a dead battery. Is this one incident, or two ? Did it happen at the scene, or in the morgue, or both ? Can anyone excerpt the actual transcript where either/both was stated ?

(53,339 posts)Some reports referred to the one medical examiner with the dead battey as an investigator, and the use of two diferent terms for the same individual in different reports caused a lot of us to do a double-take.

If I was doing a wedding and had to stop because my battery was dead and I didn't' have a spare I would probably be fired.
In this case it was just one more thing that makes the whole thing look like the cops didn't' want to investigate.
