Koala Explores Beach

It's really unusual to see koalas anywhere but up a tree, but this little fella was spotted on Magnetic Island this week, and the photos have gone viral.

And a link to the ABC story, with more photos: http://www.abc.net.au/local/photos/2014/11/26/4136872.htm

There's just something irresistible about koalas.

It wasn't stinky at all, just incredibly cuddly and adorable. Truly one of the peak moments of my life.

I also loved Australia, although am not thrilled about how right wing the country has become.

Penguins or Monkey/Ape/Gorilla/Chimp is alright with me. Sloths too!

My JAG and I are laughing at the video at the link!

"No, you can't pet it."

They have to take her to Costa Rica - a momma sloth let me pet her baby - literally held her out to me.

Some wild animals are adorable!
