11 p.m. Portland police about to arrest 200 protestors including Jesse Jackson.

NBC affiliate reports right now that about 200 people including reporters and Jesse Jackson have been KETTLED about 2nd and Main SW and are told they are under arrest.

....and now are being cuffed, searched, and taken inside the jail one by one.

Interesting concept -- kettle the protestors at the precinct itself.

I was just thinking the other day that I had not heard of any protests in Portland Ore
so if it has come to that laid back city, the country is in trouble.

might get into trouble because of this, although it will not

make a difference to J. Jackson.
