introduced in court as part of the bail hearing. The media is doing a helleva job infecting this case. Just like people think that picture of the wrong Trayvon is the victim, people will now assume this new picture has some kind of authentication because it was released the day of the bail hearing. Police show up at a homicide scene. They have to tend to Martin, secure the scene to preserve evidence, question Zimmerman, and begin interviewing witnesses. So, we are to believe they let a neighbor stroll in there and start taking pictures of the suspect/victim 2 minutes after they arrive? That seems rather farfetched.
If anything, they would be shooing people to the perimeter and keepng them away from Zimmerman.
