Interesting chart I found of the responses to the questions from the witnesses. Note that only 2 people said Brown did not put his hands up, and NEITHER of them are Darren Wilson!!!!

I found this because I just heard someone on the radio, on a SPORTS SHOW (not political) say they were "taken aback" by the Rams protest because "the report came out that Brown did not put his hands up". I don't know what report this person read but how does and outright lie like that get out in public??????? VERY frustrating, and the show does not even have an email contact so I can't send them this to set them straight!

3. Two things, first there is a video of two guys watching the shooting happen, you can

watch one of these two guys react while it is happening, he mimics what he is seeing and puts his hands in the air.

As to charging, depending on the angle you are at the falling forward motion of a person with several bullets in him could appear that way. Personally, if it was me, and I was being shot at repeatedly and my words and actions of surrender were falling on deaf ears, I would do whatever I could do to prevent death, which would be one of two things, either run in the opposite direction or straight toward where the harm is coming from in hopes of stopping it.

When you start shooting at an unarmed human being, that person will do what ALL human beings will do and that is they will try and survive anyway possible.

I am reading out of order. Started with Johnson's testimony. Reading now to get a feel for the questioning before I read wilson's.
