What's going to turn things around? The final straw, the end of the line for fascism?

I've been trying to think of something, anything, to expose and trumpet that might drive a wedge into the lies that make up much of America now, but I'm just not smart enough to find it. In fact, every time I think, "surely this is it," repigs and compliant media spit out more propoganda to smooth everything over and keep the populace sucking on fake, toxic lollipops.

It gets depressing. Anyone have a vision of a brighter future and how we get there?

2. Well, Hillary thinks Kissinger is a great guy.

And according to the polls, it seems that by far the majority of Dems choose Hillary as their leader.
That kind of cluelessness can't be measured, it can just be told of.

By the looks of things, we ain't seen nuthin yet.

3. only knowledge can turn this around and stop it .

We all have fascism in us so we can only keep it in check by knowing what it is about and how to not let it get in our way......a bit wooie but that may be the fix .

4. The only thing that can turn this around is the government and they better listen up.

This pretending everything is all right is BS. Everything is not alright in this country and they need to wake the fuck up. A nation cannot maintain a healthy society if it is perpetually at war. Citizens begin to hate it.

Also you cannot expect people to be happy if you are fucking with their right to be happy (LGBT civil rights) and their livelihood (destroying the middle class and spying on everyone).

Unrest? Yep, that is exactly what happens when the local PD is corrupt and the town folk abused by the law. Poor people worrying about feeding their families. Record numbers of children go to bed in the millions without food in America.

Take these factors into account - plus the ENORMOUS damage the GOP does to just about every aspect of life - and you get a country of pissed off people. Half of which have no idea why they are pissed off (foxnews) and the other half knows way too fucking much so can't help but be pissed off (we internet news junkies).

Also people are sick of this bullshit War on Drugs which actually is code for War on the Poor. People are sick of banksters fucking over generations of families, including their family. People didn't vote in the midterms, their moral is low and they think Congress is just a playground for the rich - which it is.

A lot tune out in despair.

It's going to take the adults WE put in charge, to change the system. They have to step up an take charge.

5. Ask Bernie.

You could outlaw or severely restrict stock market gambling. It offers massive incentives for rapacious, exploitative corporate behavior that in some cases is not much better than slavery, but since a whole lot of shareholders are enjoying the fruits of their slaves' labor rather than just one greedy slave owner--that makes it "okay".

Too many of the "Powers That Be" no longer give a damn about the quaint notions of "liberty and justice for all." All they really care about is becoming billionaires.
