Those channels are channeling right wing programming with their programs, and they don't even hide the name of what they're doing with the terms. Mass hypnosis.
Since they must have it on the air for at least 3 hours on hate radio, and re-run the swill on the weekend, plus insist on owning every venue and pumping it into the captivated Americans heads 24/7, they know they are going against the tide.
When the tide turns, the American people will still want to live together, do what's fair and be at peace. That is what they are trying to overpower. Most of the people who fall for the swill must have their brains washed in it over and over, or it doesn't stick.
Turn off the radio, off the tube for a few days, and suddenly the zombies come awake and look around and see the way things really are. And it's not that fake reality that these people are being paid to sell us.
Our minds and our consciousness are what they are desperately afraid of trying to control on every level. They are fighting a losing battle, and at the end of every war a lot of insane things happen. IMHO.
