Delegalizing the legalization of pot in DC is good for the black market, bad for government.

It won't affect the sales of pot much, IMO, especially since possession is already decriminalized. It will prevent the government from taxing the profits. The old "cutting off their nose" thing.

Another "benefit" is to small entrepreneurs. I suspect the pot business will become dominated by corporate interests where it is legalized. Will they do to pot what they did to tobacco?

Fifty dollars per ounce? Fucking crazy.. They already want 400 for an once that goes for 280, then they want to add tax? Hell to the naw!! Ain't fucking with it. I'll just keep going to that old hippie dude that talks too much. At least the only tax I pay is conversation about the good days where weed was cheap and the acid was strong. I feel jealous, but it's not very stressful.

If it became corporatized, I'd expect a lot of "home grow" to happen, much like "home brewing" beer.

I really need some cuttings. I might move to the living room just to have more space. I need it. It's my medicine.
