A 57-year-old Omaha man who is no stranger to drunken-driving enforcement was arrested Monday in southwest Omaha in a felony DUI case after police spotted him driving on four flat tires and with a deployed airbag.
Police said Richard Curzon was arrested around 11:25 p.m. near 96th and I Streets. They said the arrest was Curzons fourth DUI. His three previous arrests have been for a blood-alcohol level of more than .15, which is almost twice the legal limit of .08 in Nebraska. Monday's arrest led to a blood-alcohol level reading of .253 for Curzon.

Authorities said Curzon was booked on suspicion of felony DUI, felony driving during revocation, felony flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, bail review, open container and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said an officer on patrol near 84th and K Streets spotted Curzons southbound vehicle straddling the center line with the four flats and the deployed airbag. The officer attempted to stop Curzon but the motorist refused to pull over. A low-speed chase ended at 96th and I Streets.

Which I've seen on Cops as well as witnessed personally -- the car was heading for the Holland Tunnel between New York City and New Jersey!
His fourth DUI -- what does he have planned for an encore?
In all fairness, this took place near the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, and the driver claims she was rear-ended -- by a plane?
