George Zimmerman Loses Defamation Lawsuit Against NBC

A Florida judge rules the Travyon Martin killer can't demonstrate the TV network acted with actual malice in handling his 911 call.

A Florida judge has ruled that George Zimmerman can't prevail in a defamation lawsuit against NBCUniversal and some of its television reporters and, as a result, has granted the media company's motion to dismiss.

Zimmerman sued in December 2012 claiming that NBC distorted facts and edited his 911 call to make it appear as though his killing of Travyon Martin was racially motivated. "Their goal was simple," stated Zimmerman's lawsuit. The network attempted to "keep their viewers alarmed, and thus always watching, by menacing them with a reprehensible series of imaginary and exaggerated racist claims."

Because (just like Roger Clemens), to prove your reputation had been damaged in a defamation case, you have to show you had a pretty good reputation to begin with...And NBC would have had unlimited leeway in digging up all the dirt in Zimmerman's past and read into the court record...

Jeremy is talking to John Good’s wife says he warned me he’d shoot em. Yet Jeremy lied and said he didn’t know Zimmerman never went outside ect. So how was he warned? because he was with Zimmerman when Zimmerman was on the phone with dispatcher.

Note: People assumed Zimmerman got out and ran after Trayvon like the dispatcher assumed. That did not happen. WHAT HAPPENED IS Zimmerman was already out of his truck and was getting in truck riding with the window down to the back entrance. You drive with the window down on cell phone its going to give that run like sound but notice Zimmerman voice remained the same. He was not running then but he and accomplice drove to back entrance where they always get away with window down. Mark Osterman with the spare keys that was never tested for DNA moved his truck later to the T. This is why the looking for the address and Travyon doubling back or waiting to beat up Zimmerman is bogus. There is no telling where Trayvon ran only Zimmerman’s word.

Did you listen to the 911 video first? You hear Zimmerman say Mark from outside. Its clear as day. at 1:44 of the 911 call. You hear Jeremy on the phone in the background talking to his neighbor John Good's wife Amanda as she called him to see what was going on outside while Jeremy's wife is on the phone with police. So much happened after the gun shot and the screaming stops. Listen to the video. You will be amazed at what you hear which I pointed out plus you hear more.

Yes he did say that. That's why he sighs, then says it and starts crying through the end of the 911 call. He was an accomplice although he didn't think Zimmerman would be an idiot and kill Trayvon for real. You also hear why the f he kill em in this 911 call. Why is he crying unless he knows the person sceaming for their life was dead. Again he's saying he didn't go outside or look outside. Lies!!! You even hear his running in from outside and here his patio door out of breath to talk to his wife.

This was a planned thing by the home owners association. They were determined to get the next burglar although they racially profiled Trayvon as one when he wasn't. They were to catch this one not kill him like Zimmerman goofed up and did. So these guys had to lie their way out this murder and say they weren't there didn't go outside ect....

Google Zimmermans pants look at the back of them very clean for someone to have been MMA 40 feet on his back.

Zimmerman hit the back of his own head with his gun and said Trayvon slammed his head on the concrete. No DNA/Blood of Zimmerman on Trayvons hands, under fingernails, or on hoodie sleeves meand he never touched Zimmerman it was all lies!!!!! Included the photoshop blood in the front of Zimmermans face which is why it took weeks to release it.
