Greenwald is correct....Cheney does indeed belong in prison

But did anyone realistically believe that Obama/Holder would prosecute and imprison Cheney and/or Bush once he took office?

Prosecuting Cheney or Bush wasn't and still isn't politically feasible or realistic.

The Bush Administration was the first to commit war crimes and break the law. The notion that we would see them in orange jumpsuits is silly, especially considering the fact that the prosecution a previous Prez/VP had never happened before.
