1. Excellent considering that Gallup under-represents Democrats.

3. A question of balance

Why do we never get an answer
When we're knocking at the door?
Because the truth is hard to swallow
That's what the war of love is for

4. This is excellent news, considering that both Rasmussen and Gallup are pro-GOP

and poll more Republicans than Democrats.

I believe the attitude that President Obama has been showing lately has helped significantly - and that's a good thing! I hope to see more of that new attitude in the next coming two years.

5. Shhhhh!!

This must not be brought up as news, it goes against the convenient storyline being peddled the past few months. His approval ratings were never terribly low yet Democrats treated him like kryptonite (and paid for it by giving the base no reason to turn out).

On the whole I've been impressed with him since the first budget showdown, that's when he seemed to grow a pair and gave up trying to working with the Republicans as it was getting him nowhere.

I personally love his style as of late, full steam ahead into his final two years, all the while laying traps for the 2016 Republican candidates. They're going to have to go on record as to what they'll do about his executive order on immigration, decision to ease up on marijuana enforcement, what to do about Obamacare (yes it'll still be there, tax credits included), etc. etc.

These actions will force their nominee to move to the right and will help bring out the Dem's natural base. If there is the possibility, for instance, that the immigration order will be repealed or the new AG will go after states where marijuana is legal it will bring out voters in key swing states.
