guarantee that President Warren will dump him.

There is some uncertainty, however, on the issue of whether it will be Joe Stiglitz or Paul Krugman at Treasury.

the same people. That's because those people are entrenched and the President lacks the power to dislodge them.

Why do you wish her away from focusing on big banks with a run for President? SHE LIKES WHAT SHE DOES! A campaign will take away that focus.

Get real Manny and please don't mess with me tonight. I am tired and sad and miss my family members so recently lost. Holidays...so painful.

I always ask that when people say she isn't running. So far no one who has said she isn't running has told me they have read her book. So I ask whether you have.

My guess is that, sometime in the next two years, he'll be summoned for a chat in the Oval Office, after which he'll decide he needs to spend more time with his family.

First, I sincerely hope she will move from her current stance; run and be elected as President.
Second (on this post) I hope she would not only remove Clapper, but order an inquest into his perjury to congress at the very least.

She's definitely trying to be seen as pro-Israel, and she's never mentioned military spending in the context of fiscal policy as far as I know.

Reform within our economy is the most important priority for the US right now. If we don't do something to insure that our educated kids in their 20s through their 40s can buy houses, pay for them before retirement and hold securely to jobs and keep their families together, we will soon realize that we ARE a failed nation.

All our military power will fall apart, be economically difficult to support if we continue with our Main Street, middle class economy of insecurity and poverty brinkmanship while the very rich refuse to pay a fair share of taxes based on their share of the wealth and income, especially increasing income in our country.

There is an economic tension in the country that is destroying the middle class, especially the younger members, the young moms and dads of the middle class. It is a crisis.

Foreign policy is very, very important. But our foreign policy has to be supported by a healthy economy and society in the US. Our leading role in the world is endangered more by the fissures in our own society than by the aggressions and problems in other countries.

I talk to young people a lot. They owe student loans, delay starting families and have no job security in far too many cases. The technology that they enjoy is no substitute for their economically precarious situations. They are living on the precipice. This is why I think that Elizabeth Warren is going to appeal to young people and their parents.

Why would she go after Clapper? Not that she doesn't have the right to as a senator, but has she made any statements about getting rid of particular intel appointees? For that matter, has she made any statements about jailing any particular bansksters she's eager to prosecute?
