2. Yeah, Scottie hates Pat Quinn..

Illinois dem governor.

Quinn's policies have jacked up the Illinois economy,
jobs hopping all over like baby bunnnies.
and new business opportunities due to sympathetic policies-
(my brother in law opened his second restaurant, and
going gangbusters...
But Scottie's vast wasteland (my beloved Wisconsin)..
Not so much.
So Scottie keeps bashing the state on the border.

Personally I think he still bears a grudge
from Illinois harboring all those traitorous Wisc. state assemblyfolk
who fled Wisc so they couldn't/wouldn't vote to pass Scottie's
anti-union legislation.

Stock up on popcorn; this is gonna get better and better.

I think he's on the verge of some kind of crackup.
Slipping into some kinda socio-pathic rage..
look at his eyes.. he's either on some kind of medication
or living in an alternate reality.

3. His eyes do seem to be a bit droopier these days.

I think he thought that he'd be up by double digits with all of that Koch money. He's barely tread water. We need to get the primary over with so that we can go on the attack. He needs to see and hear the words "John Doe" everywhere he goes.

4. He has since day one.

Even in his campaign he did that. After he took office he went down to Northern Illinois (Waukegan, Gurnee area) and lobbied companies to move up here for tax breaks. He really didn't think it through though since it created no jobs...the employees these companies had just drove a bit further to work. All the companies that did take him up on the offer, already were near the state line and just moved over it a bit. He's pretty stupid. And the state is stuck with more corps not paying any taxes.
