Trump whines he was assured nothing would spoil his golf course view

Tycoon Donald Trump has said he was "lured" into building a £1bn golf resort in Scotland with assurances that a nearby wind farm would not go ahead.
...
Mr Trump said he was assured by the former and current first ministers, Jack McConnell and Alex Salmond, that the project would not happen.
...
The entrepreneur said they were inefficient, could not operate without big subsides, "killed massive amounts of wildlife" and would damage tourism.

When challenged to provide statistical evidence for his arguments, Mr Trump told the committee: "I am the evidence."

Tough tittie, Trump. You should have got it in writing if you're such a wheeler-dealer. And you know fuck all about wind turbines. I bet your golf resort will be uglier than an offshore wind farm.

His complaint should be directed at the former & current first ministers and at himself for building the golf course based upon a mere assumption. (Or was Trump lying when he testified that there were no political favors made?)

Compared to everyone else in the room who spoke, Trump & his staff seemed kinda "mafia-esque". Creepy, real life arm-twisting statements were made by the most opportunitistic hedonist on the planet. He told the Irish panelists that he planned to sue. "And we'll win." Again, his issue is with the former & current first ministers.

Who would be against artfully sleek, modernistically designed windmills -- particularly when it's a natural resource power that will never go extinct? A spoiled, rich, bratty man who lives in the gaudiest, most ostentatious penthouse I've ever seen on tv. The gold-accented woodwork & gold-accented furniture is very brightly lighted by gold-accented chandeliers -- my impression was that the interior seemed designed for a pimp with a lot of money to flash. Very sparkly.

The beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Apparently the whole place went up in a laughing frenzy. I think the only person who thinks Donald Trump is an expert is Donald Trump. It has amazed me how he has been able to go into bankruptcy so many times and still come out and go right back in, are people that dumb? I'll answer my own question.
