The frame will be helpful to draw the non-voters to the polls.
The premis is simple: Money earned from actually working should not be taxed.
The burden should be borne by the market where the 1% money 'works' for them. Money can't do work. Work is done by people, they are engineers, laborers, nurses and all the other occupations. But the means to make their way in the world should not be taxed. No damned Sweat Tax.
Use it.

(2,506 posts)So tax it all, but go progressive so average working people pay less or none. Otherwise your idea will simply lead to a different way for wealthy to avoid taxes and so distort and corrupt the system again.

Just because capital income is now disguised as wage income doesn't mean it will be spent. Your idea is worthless
