He also has no legal authority to instruct marriage Judges to disobey a higher court precedent.

He was thrown out of the Alabama Supreme Court for defying the SC about his ugly 10 Commandments rock.

Trouble is, the yahoos elected him again.

That, as it turns out, is not an option.

Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley (R) said Monday that he would not punish probate judges in the state who do or do not issue marriage licenses amid a frantic, uncertain legal landscape for same-sex marriage in the state.

whereas interfering with an investigation is obstruction of justice.

This shitbag is in open contempt of a federal district court. Sounds like the slammer would be a good place for him.
