Question about this new "standing" issue re King v Burwell

http://www.cnbc.com/id/102413868#.

What effect, if any, will this have on the SCOTUS case? Is it too late for it to have an impact? Strange that it's just now coming up. Will the government's lawyers raise the point in their arguments?

We know 4 of the 5 terrorists, as I like to call them, will not care whether the plaintiff has standing or not.

I mean they took a case they had no business taking, so why would they now care that the case has no legal viability?

They dont fucking care, this has nothing to do with law and everything to do with politics.

The ONLY question is did Roberts vote with his terrorist brothers already to destroy ACA on this case, and if so does he NOW reverse himself knowing damn well he could never be respected in the future by any credible human being.

That is what I think is the situation.

I also believe that they have decided 5-4 to kill millions of Americans, UH I MEAN overturn this key portion of the law, already.

Will Roberts change his mind?
