Does anyone know how to get free calling cards to call vets?

1. Suggest that they send an E-Mail to the DOD Public Affairs Office.

They should be able to put them in touch with a charity doing that sort of thing--if that's even happening these days. Most people use the computer and do the Vonage-ish deal to call home.
